The position holder provides comprehensive technical and operational support for the assessment and implementation of education activities under the UNICEF‑funded project. The Education Assistant is responsible for supporting the full project cycle beginning with needs assessments, response analysis, and planning while ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to organizational standards. S/he works to strengthen inclusive and safe learning environments across the three target woredas by collaborating closely with teachers, school leaders, woreda education offices, and community structures. The role contributes to improved enrolment, particularly for girls and vulnerable children, and promotes effective teaching and learning practices that align with project objectives.
