Job Summary
We are looking for an execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for a major brand and marketing project.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing strategy Development and Execution
● Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns.
● Develop and Manage content calendars and social media publishing.
● Set up and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid campaigns
● setup, Monitoring and Management Of Lead Generation Funnels(Meta, Telegram Bot)
● Generate and qualify leads through digital channels.
● Develop landing-page and lead-generation funnels.
● Manage community engagement, comments and inboxes.
● Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, CPL, CPA and conversions.
● Conduct basic SEO audits, keyword research and on-page optimization.
● Support CRM-based lead tracking and attribution.
● Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
● Coordinate with creative and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
● 2–3 years practical digital marketing experience.
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
● Knowledge of social media analytics, lead generation and performance marketing.
● Intermediate SEO knowledge.
● Strong content planning and copywriting skills.
● Basic UI/UX understanding.
● Odoo/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
● Strong analytical and execution skills.
● Optional- Occasionally Willing to Get Filmed For social Media content
