Job Summary
The Digital Banking Technology Support Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for the bank’s digital banking platforms and related infrastructure. The Officer also ensures the availability, reliability, and security of digital banking systems, including applications, hardware, and networks. The the role also provides user support and training on digital banking operations, resolves technical incidents in a timely manner, supports system improvements, and upholds security and operational standards to ensure efficient and seamless digital banking service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or other closely related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 1 year in junior position.
