Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the District Office Director, the Deputy Director plans, monitors, and evaluates the performance of all branches within the district. The role assesses the business and financial background of loan and guarantee applicants, ensures the accurate and timely compilation of branch reports, and prepares comprehensive reports on the activities and overall performance of the District Office. The Deputy Director also supports strategic decision-making, drives operational efficiency, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards across all branches in the district.
Job Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics or other closely related fields.
- For Master’s degree holders: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial position or 3 years in team leader position. For Bachelor’s degree holders: A minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 3 years in managerial position or 4 years in team leader position.
