Job Summary
Under general direction of the Chief Officer, Banking Operation Office, the Deputy Chief Officer, Retail Banking Office is responsible for leading and overseeing the Bank’s retail banking operations across Branch Banking, Digital Banking, Interest-Free Banking (IFB), and District Offices. The role drives the development and execution of integrated retail banking strategies to achieve business growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience. The position also provides strategic leadership and direction to Department Directors, ensuring effective performance management, alignment with corporate objectives, and consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role also ensures the delivery of efficient, compliant, and customer-focused retail banking services across all channels while strengthening the Bank’s market position and competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other closely related fields.
- For Master’s degree holders: Minimum of 9 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 4 years in senior managerial or leadership roles overseeing multiple functions
- For Bachelor’s degree holders: Minimum of 11 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 5 years in senior managerial or leadership roles overseeing multiple functions.
