Job Qualification

Job Title: Customer Service Officer-II

• Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. No work experience is required. Candidates should be expected to graduate in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Age: Below 30 years old.
• Commutative GPA:  For Male 3.00 and above and for male 2.75 and above
• Exit Exam Result: 50%  and above
• Place of Work: Branches Under A.A City area Branches Under Dessie District, Branches under Bahir Dar District, Branches under Gonder District Branches under Dire Dawa District, Branches under Hawassa District,  Branches under Debre Birhan District  and Branches under Adama District
