Job Purpose
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch
Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Customer Service Supervisor or Assistant Branch Manager
Place of Work: Newly opening Branch under Hawassa District (Asasa Branch) & Branches under Jimma District
