Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director, District Office, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls all activities of the branch. The role approves loans, overdraft facilities, and local and foreign transfers within authorized limits, handles foreign exchange transactions, and reviews the business and financial background of loan and guarantee applicants. Additionally, the Branch Manager prepares reports on branch activities to support effective oversight and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance/Banking/Management or other closely related fields
- For Master’s degree holders: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience; out of this 4 years in supervisory positions or. For Bachelor’s degree holders: A minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience; out of this 4 years in supervisory positions.
