Job Summary
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice and others.
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years in supervisory position.
Place of work: Kebri Dahar Branch Under Dire Dawa district and Melkarefu (IFB Branch, Under Dire Dawa district
