Job Summary

Essential Function 

• Maintain information on website regarding Women Banking.
• Work with partner and facilitate trainings for women.
• Work with partner to increase women banking capacity.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships with NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and program documentation.
• Provide basic financial advisory support to women clients
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Education and Work Experience: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 1 year of experience.

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
