Essential Function

• Assist in gathering and verifying documentation for loan applications, such as income statements,
  identification, and credit history.
• Communicate with customers to inform them of necessary documentation and loan processing steps.
• Conduct initial reviews of loan applications to ensure completeness and adherence to bank policies.
• Provide support to customers by answering basic questions regarding loan products and the application process.
• Ensure that all documentation related to loan applications is complete and stored securely.
• Support the team in tracking loan application statuses and processing timelines.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the loan processing team.

Job Requirement

• Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, and any other related fields
• Work Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation, which at least 2 year as associate loan officer I.

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
