Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite qualified applicants for the position of Associate Leadership Instructor.
ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION: ASSOCIATE LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Minimum of BA degree in Business Administration /Business Management/HRM/ Management/Public Administration & Dev’t Management or any field of study from recognized University/College with a minimum of three years of work experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute. OR
- MBA/MA in Human Resource Management or any related field of study from a recognized University/College/Institute with one year experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute.
- N.B. 1. Supervisory/Managerial practical experience is advantageous.
2. Experience in leadership training is advantageous.
LANGUAGE
- Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
- AGE LIMIT: – 18 – 35 Years’ Old Inclusive
