Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification:BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology System/ Marketing or related fields (Fluency in English and knowledge of more than one local language is an added advantage)
- Work Experience: 1 year as Junior Contact Center Officer/Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 1 year as Associate Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience
