Job Description
Working under the guidance of a lead teacher, you will support the daily activities of the classroom, contributing to a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in preparing classroom materials and setting up learning activities.
Support student supervision during lessons, meals, playtime, and nap/rest periods.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Observe student behavior and report to the lead teacher.
Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere for all children.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Education: High school diploma required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates and those seeking to start their career are strongly encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
For Assistant Teachers: A genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
