Report to: Senior Director, Finance & Procurement core Team
Job Summary
The Administrative Officer is responsible for collection of incoming mail, delivery of confidential documents, processing of visas, purchasing of goods & supplies and works as liaison officer and facilitating travel arrangements & guides guests.
Place of work : Addis Ababa CCRDA complex
Salary : As per CCRDA scale with benefit packages
About You
Education
- Required – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field of study.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
Additional Requirement
- 2nd grade driving license
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computer
- Interpersonal skill
- Good command of English and Amharic language
- NGO experience is advantageous
