Accountant Full Time

Major duty and responsibility:

• Maintain financial policy and financial control systems
• Participate on project annual budget preparation
• Checks that the payment request are made according to agreement and appropriate budget
• Ensure that required documentation and authorization is present to effect payment;
• Follow up project budget implementation and report to head office
• Maintain fixed asset of the project
• Prepare and send monthly, quarterly and annual financial report  to head office
• Maintain office management

Job Requirement

Minimum requirements:

• First Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years relevant in experience for Degree and 4 years for Diploma
• Basic computer skill (MS word and Excel, etc )
• Understanding of IPSA

Remuneration: – Negotiable for all positions.

Terms of employment: – Full time contractual employment for one year with high possibility of renewal.

Duty Station:  Addis Ababa (Head Office) for all positions.
