We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. An accounts receivable staff member manages incoming customer payments for the services, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions by generating and sending invoices, processing and reconciling payments, and following up on outstanding balances. Key responsibilities include financial record maintenance, account reconciliation, customer communication, and utilizing accounting software to maintain the company’s financial health and liquidity.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers for the services.
• Record and apply customer payments (e.g., checks, electronic transfers) to the correct accounts.
• Match payments received with invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor overdue accounts, send reminders, and follow up on late payments to secure revenue.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records, financial statements, and transaction documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances and payments.
• Prepare and provide regular reports, such as aging reports, to supervisors and management.
• Update customer information and account records within the company’s accounting software.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and Finance required
• 0-2yrs experience in account receivable or a related financial field is required
• Proficiency with financial accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized, accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
