IT-Expert maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact..

Key Role and Responsibilities

•  System Maintenance and Setup: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware components, Software Programs and servers.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for Employees or users.
• Network Administration: Monitoring network performance, managing user accounts, and ensuring
  Reliable daily operations.
• Security and Privacy: Implementing and updating firewalls, data encryption, anti-virus programs,
  And Security protocols to protect corporate data.
•  Data Backup and Recovery: Overseeing regular data backups and disaster recovery plans to prevent Permanent data loss.
• Documentation: Keeping technical guides, system configurations, and IT policies up to date for Future Reference and audits.
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer item

Job Qualification

Qualifications and Education Requirements:-

• BSc Degree in computer science/Information Technology/Information Science

Work Experience

• BSc Degree in computer science/Information Technology/Information Science.
• 4 Year relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in computer science/Information Technology/Information Science.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
