The job holder is responsible to manages inbound and outbound customer communications, resolves inquiries, and promotes digital banking services to ensure high customer satisfaction. The primary goal of a Contact Center Officer is to act as the main link between the bank and its customers. They provide prompt, accurate support across multiple communication channels while supporting the bank’s service quality and product promotion goals.

Educational and Work Experience Requirements
