Purpose of the Job: To lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the Bank’s M&E framework, ensuring that strategic initiatives, operational plans, and KPIs are tracked, analyzed, and reported accurately to inform decision-making.

Generic Functions:

• Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/her absence
• Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division
• Mentor and enable staffs below his /grades towards achieving their effective performance
• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public
• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Provide services as per the service level agreement

Specific Functions:

• Lead the design and implementation of a Bank-wide Monitoring & Evaluation framework.
• Develop, refine, and maintain KPIs for all major operational and strategic initiatives
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for Board and Senior Management, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify gaps, underperformance, and areas for improvement
• Lead deep-dive investigations and root cause analysis for underperforming branches or departments
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Planning Division to ensure alignment between performance metrics and strategic goals

Qualification: BA in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Project Management, or related filed of studies.

Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years as officer position.
