Adoye Center for Ethiopian Women Empowerment (Adoye CEWE), with the support of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD), is implementing the project “From Participation to Influence: Strengthening Oromo Women’s Leadership in Peacemaking.”
The project aims to strengthen the mediation, negotiation, and leadership capacities of Oromo women and enhance their meaningful participation in community dialogue, conflict prevention, mediation, and peacemaking processes.
As part of the project, Adoye CEWE seeks to engage a two-member consultancy team comprising one Lead Trainer and one Co-Trainer to deliver a practical capacity-building training for women peace actors, community leaders, government representatives, and members of the Women Peace and Development Network of Oromia (WPDNO).
The purpose of the assignment is to strengthen participants’ knowledge, practical skills, and confidence in facilitating community dialogue, negotiating and mediating local conflicts, and applying collaborative approaches to conflict prevention and problem-solving.
The training should be practical and directly applicable to participants’ roles in community-level peacebuilding and peacemaking.

The training should be participatory, practical, and experience-based, rather than lecture-oriented.
The trainers are expected to use:
