Reporting to Digital Distribution Manager-MIS, the Digital Distribution MIS Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the Management Information Systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision-makin

Full Stack Development and Implementation 

• Implement backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot following established architecture standards.
• Develop Angular/React UI features and integrate with backend APIs.
• Contribute to code reviews, refactoring, and adherence to engineering standards.

Backend Engineering & Data Processing

• Build and maintain modular Spring Boot components (controllers, services, repositories).
• Support scheduled jobs and high-volume data loading from databases or upstream APIs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and contribute improvements under senior guidance.

Frontend Engineering & Optimization

• Implement Angular/ React components, forms, and UI workflows.
• Improve frontend responsiveness and optimize API consumption (pagination, caching, efficient calls).
• Fix UI bugs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

CI/CD and Deployment Support

• CI/CD and Deployment Support
• Support Kubernetes deployment activities (Helm values, config updates, environment variables).
• Assist with HTTP proxy configuration changes and release validation activities.

Security and Compliance Support

• Implement secure coding practices and follow team standards for authentication/authorization patterns.
• Use approved mechanisms for secrets/config management and support secure service-to-service communication.
• Collaborate with security/platform teams during reviews and remediation tasks.

Operations Excellence & Incident
Ownership                                                  

• Participate in production support (Tier-2), log analysis, and incident triage.
• Support root cause analysis by collecting evidence (logs, metrics, traces) and implementing fixes.
• Contribute to monitoring/alerting improvements and operational runbooks.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work closely with DevOps, and dependent system teams to deliver features.
• Maintain technical documentation: API specs, deployment notes, configuration changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in enterprise grade application development.
• Hands-on experience delivering or supporting Spring Boot and Angular/React applications in a production environment.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Kubernetes exposure preferred).
