Essential Function

Prepare direct issue tickets.

• Prepare Goods receiving note
• Record bin cards
• Prepare the weekly report for her/his immediate supervisor
• Assists the store officers in constructing the store layout of each and every item by their nature and categories.
• Prepare and deliver items for the user department/districts and branches after the bank’s issue ticket filled and signed.
• Undertake any other related activities as required.
• Must be faithful, trustworthy, hard worker and co-worker with the store officers, Property officers, procurement and Finance, these organs are important for the store and the stock inventory control.
• Sense of belongingness, honesty and integrity.
• Customer focused.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/10+3/ Level III/Level IV and above in procurement and supply, purchasing, Accounting and finance, business administration or any other related field with 2 years of experience preferably in Banking industry.

Salary:  as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work: – Addis Ababa
