Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design high-quality, engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, and digital marketing needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs for different accounts
• Create static designs, carousels
• Collaborate with other digital marketing team members to translate strategies into compelling visual stories

Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Support campaign ideation and execution from concept to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, video, content) to ensure cohesive outputs
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.)
• Solid understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and digital trends
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy
