About the Job
Main Duties:
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Help manage correspondence, phone calls, and document filing
- Support appointment scheduling and visitor coordination
- Provide general office support as assigned
- Assist staff during busy periods and official events
About You
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Administration or a related field
- Prior office experience is preferred
- Perfect communication and writing skills in English (French or Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under supervision and handle confidential matters
