• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields,
• Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period
• Work Experience; 3/4 Years Relevant Work Experience of which 1 year as Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer, Associate HCM Officer or Equivalent in banking industry.
• Job Grade: X
• Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary scale.
• Workplace: Head Office
