The position is structured to report to the Country Lead-Commercial Finance .

Key purpose statement.

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a financial data management and reporting expert, responsible for reconciling discrepancies across financial systems, resolving system issues, and developing financial tools to meet the company’s reporting requirements. Additionally, the analyst is tasked with conducting financial system analyses to identify opportunities for digitization and automation, providing input on training and project plans, and supporting governance and compliance efforts by logging requests, providing stakeholder feedback, and conducting self-assessments. The role also involves project support and performance tracking, including analyzing and reporting on project progress, highlighting areas of risk and success factors, and resolving post go-live support queries to ensure smooth transitions to new finance systems.

• First Degree in Accounting and Finance, Financial Management or related field of studies.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance systems management, preferably within a complex or fast-paced environment.
