The Project Manager (Contract/Freelance Basis) will oversee construction projects within Hijra Bank S.C., ensuring they align with the bank’s strategic goals in the Banking and Insurance sector. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with various stakeholders. The position is office-based in Addis Ababa and offers an opportunity to contribute to significant development and project management initiatives.
About You
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 12 years in construction project management, including 8 years managing design phase of large-scale projects
- Proven experience in high-rise or large mixed-use buildings (30+ floors preferred).
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and Bank/Owner-side supervision.
