Position Summary
Sansheng Pharmaceutical Plc (SSP) is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Promotion Officers (Pharmacists) to join our team. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products, maintaining customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Conduct regular visits to clients and provide product information, samples, and promotional materials.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market activity updates.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategy adjustment.
Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical promotion.
Required Qualifications
BSc Degree in Pharmacy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Amharic and English (spoken and written).
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or import sales and promotion is required.
