Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel packages both online and face-to-face
- Communicate with clients through social media, phone, and in person
- Create simple & fun digital content (photos, videos, reels) for promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Support marketing activities and represent Moja Travel at events
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in any field
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (social media, email, content creation)
- Computer typing speed of 25 WPM or more
- Good communication skills and confident personality
- Well-presented, organized, and eager to learn
