Job Requirement

• The Motor and Engineering Company of Ethiopia (Moenco) has a graduate trainee program for new graduates of 2020/2021 with good academic achievement
• in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration and Marketing or in related fields for graduate trainee program.
• The graduates will have an opportunity to be trained for in house, external and practical training programs on new state – of- the- art- technology, machines and processes.
• Trainees will be offered employment in different positions suitable to their qualification based on their performance on the program and availability of the vacant positions.
• Required Qualification and Criteria: B.A Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting/Business Administration/Marketing or in related fields
