MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support day-to-day document preparation, scanning, indexing and export of documents to the EDMS and to ensure documents are accessioned and data collected is entered in the appropriate repositories/registers. To assist Information Records Management Assistant (IRMA) in records appraisal, weeding and disposal of various registries and archives of Amref documents.
