Job Description
The purpose of this job is to serve customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions; to sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers and open and maintain customer accounts and manage customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.
1:Senior Officer – Application Security
- Educational Qualification Required: BSC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or in other related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer or equivalent position.
- Certifications in Ethical Hacking
- Microsoft/Linux/Unix Server administration
- Secure coding
- IT Security Risk Assessment.
2:Facility Management (Level II)
- Educational Qualification Required: BA in Management, Supplies or Purchasing Management or related Fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: 1-year relevant experience
- Report writing skill
- Basic computer skill,
- Communication skill etc.
3: Hardware Support Section
- Educational Qualification Required: BSC in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or in related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as a Senior Officer or in equivalent position
- Ability to critically analyze root cause of problems
- Ability to properly follow and close issues
- Ability to analyze network protocols
- Ability to conduct network diagnosis and assessment
- Ability to plan, design, implement, administer and maintain Corporate level networks
- Certificate on Cisco networking, switching, routing
- Knowledge of various routers, switches and networking technologies.
4: Customer Service Officer – II
- Educational Qualification Required: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields
- Minimum Work Experience:1-year relevant experience in Bank Operation.
- Basic Computer Application Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)
- Good emotional Intelligence.
